The keystone pipeli e created jobs and opportunity and changed lives. It may not seem line much to you, as you just demonstrated, but...

From pipeline workers, manufacturers, fitters, welders, machinests, etc... to the people who who fed tbese workers, sold supplies, etc... people across a broad spectrum got employment, work, made money, earned a living...

Saying the pipeline only benefitted the Chinese and Canadian tarsand owners is like saying drilling / producing oil only benefits the big oil companies - it overlooks the l refinery workers, the truckers who move petroleum, oil, gas, etc... It overlooks the people who turn o i to toothbrushes, tires, combs, and a million other products we use every day without thinking about them...it overlooks the mechanics, tire workers, oil changers, gas station owners, etc...

These jobs may seem small to people only looking at the big pictute, but it puts a roof over people's heads, food on their table, and shoes on their kids' feet.
