Republicans have alternatives.
Take the horse dewormer.

Durvet Ivermectin Paste Equine Dewormer - 3 Pack (New - 3 Pack)

$93.60
  • 3 0.21-ounce tubes apple-flavored horses dewormer
  • Removes worms and bots from horses with a single dose
  • Safe to use on all horses, including broodmares, breeding stallions, and young foals
Hmmmm...................apple flavor.

That's cheaper than monoclonal antibody treatments.
Eli Lilly has struck a deal with the federal government to provide 300,000 doses of a drug that's designed to keep people infected with COVID-19 out of the hospital. The cost per dose: $1,250.

The federal government plans to distribute the 300,000 doses at no cost, but that doesn't mean treatment will be free.

The Lilly drug, a type of monoclonal antibody, is given by intravenous infusion. Those infusions, typically given in hospitals or standalone clinics, can cost well over $1,000. People with health insurance are often required to pay hundreds of dollars in copayments.

Doctors stress that it's still vital to get vaccinated against COVID-19. "It's always better to prevent an infection than to treat it," Dr. Schaffner says. "Relying on treatment—which isn't 100% guaranteed to work—is a bit hazardous."

There's also no guarantee that you'll be able to access monoclonal antibody treatment when you need it or that you'll even get a COVID-19 diagnosis in time, he says.

"I like to remind people that wise old Benjamin Franklin once said that an ounce of prevention—the vaccine—is much better than a pound of cure—monoclonal antibody treatment," Dr. Shaffner says. "You don't want to get COVID if you can help it."

So, what's in this?
Who knows?

Republicans claiming the same about the preventive vaccines, they don't know what is in it, hasn't been FDA approved. The FDA has issued an emergency use authorization (EUA) for REGEN-COV (a combination of casirivimab and imdevimab, two different monoclonal antibodies) as well as the monoclonal antibody sotrovimab for the treatment of "mild to moderate" COVID-19 and no one knows the long term effects.

You don't understand--the antibodies are the CURE and the PREVENTION. Once, you have had covid and gotten the antibodies fighting off the virus, you are immune--really immuned unlike the faux vaccine.

Yeah. Unfortunately the numbers don’t seem to be backing up your argument.

Let’s look at it.

Less than 10% of those hospitalized for COVID were vaccinated. None of the vaccinated were in ICU or on Ventilators.

It is a question of odds. By getting the vaccine you reduce the odds that you will get COVID. If you do get it then you reduce the Odds that you will need to be hospitalized. If you are hospitalized you reduce the odds for extreme treatment. And you reduce the odds you will die.

A vaccine shot is cheap. Cheaper than a few hours of care in the hospital. And it doesn’t require the use of limited life saving equipment.

I’ve used this analogy before. But it obviously needs to be explained again.

You could die in an auto accident today. Your odds of dying are reduced. Not eliminated if you wear a seat belt. Your odds are further reduced not eliminated, if your car has airbags.

But people still die every day on our roads.

If we used the silly arguments from the CT nuts on auto accidents cars would have seat belts and air bags removed because they are not 100% effective. Body armor would be taken from cops because they don’t work if the cop is shot in the face or with a rifle.

Doctors who speak out against our FAUX vaccines are smear or ignored in the lib propaganda media. The FAUX vaccines are utter BS.

I would ignore him too.

Ryan Cole, a pathologist in Boise, has replaced Dr. Ted Epperly on the Central District Board of Health. Epperly served on the board for 15 years, but was ousted because he supports taking public health measures to curb the spread of the coronavirus. Cole, who was backed by the Ada County Republican Party, was chosen by the Republican county commissioners.

But Dr. Carlson and Dr. Insanity are reliable?

I always look to get my heart surgery from a governor or a talk show host.

No idea what you alluding to but young athletes have acquired serious heart issues from the vaccine. As a result of the vaccine supposedly to immunize "the vulnerable," including young athletes, who are generally immune from the Fauci flu, are getting conditions which end their careers from the vaccine. Not to mention the thousands of others who are crippled or dead from the vaccine. :dunno:

He's a loon! Put in there by loons. First firing the outstanding and renown, qualified doctor he replaced, and look at Idaho now....dying all over the place, hospitals over filled, no hospital beds left, in the whole state for even a car accident patient!!!!

The vaccines tickle your immune system to make your own antibodies.

Your own natural antibodies against covid.

Monoclonal antibody therapy, which DeSantis is touting, are antibodies created and cloned, and manufactured in a lab, that only last a week or two...when infused.

The vaccines are 1000 times better.

Jesus, Care4all I would not take you advise for the best local hamburger joint let alone a fake ass vaccine that screws with DNA and was invented before Fauci funded the variation of flu created in China and brought to the USA via Rabbis in New York and Connecticut who somehow acquired it. :dunno:

FAKE NEWS!

It doesn't screw with your DNA Snouter. Please, for the love of God, make a doctor's appointment, speak with your own doctor about your concerns and internet myths you've heard.

Want to kill them? No.

But they don't want anyone anywhere to do anything but "masks and vaccines" that's their platform and they don't want anyone to have other options. They certainly don't want a republican to promote an alternative. They went balls deep in pushing masks and their vaccines and they have to stay committed, even if their are better options out there they don't want to change their agenda.
