Oh heck, heck, heck, I'd take Andrew Cuomo over Biden any day! Cuomo has proven to be very pro-business. He has proposed numerous tax cuts, but the legislature has only approved some of them. He's your typical liberal on social issues and climate change, but he is far better on business and the economy than Biden.
