Per historical statistics nearly half of the nation’s eligible voters generally never do. This time just 28% failed to vote?
According to historical data the increase in voting percentage "VAP" over the previous election is remarkable for 2020, especially for the modern era. The only elections that drew a larger increase over the previous election occurred in: 1840 (2.4 million total votes among two candidates) 1856 (Brewing up to Civil War. 4.2 million total votes among three candidates.) 1876 (In the 1876 election, accusations of corruption stemmed from officials involved in counting the necessary and hotly contested electoral votes of both sides, in which Rutherford B. Hayes was elected by a congressional commission) 1952 (People LOVED Eisenhower. I guess we love Xiden too, you can really tell)
Drastic changes in election percentages is almost always a decrease, not an increase.
The overall trend for modern USA is a reduction in voter participation.
According to 2020-2021 data, if it smells like a rat it's a Democrrat.
Note: Eligible voters DOES NOT mean they're registered to vote. It means they can register & vote.

Another interesting historical stat is VEP, which is basically eligible voters who vote. Generally it hovers around 55%. They haven't stated a VEP for 2020, but by the numbers above participation would be 72% for 2020, must be because Xiden is so popular.
