Biden stabs rail workers in the back

If a person is sick do they belong at work? The health of employees is far more important than a train being on time.

So the the sick employee still takes the day off for being sick. How does not paying them for a few sick days help keep the trains on time, if they still stay home sick??
because you spending money making sure the trains run on time and not an additional day for people not to work

I've read about the issue more, what they RR unions were looking for were "personal days" which don't require a doctors note, not actual sick days that require proof of being sick.
