The cost for say the 1 trillion dollar infrastructure bill proposed, or the 3.5 trillion human infrastructure and climate change plan being proposed....

Those price tags, ARE FOR 10 YEARS, NOT for just 1 year's budget silly one.

In the first year's budget it would be $100 billion for infrastctre, and $350 billion for the other proposal, in the budget for 10 years in a row.
