Aside from the asinine assertion, If you lived in a poverty stricken shithole, you would probably walk, swim or float from there to here too if you thought the borders were open, as the propaganda Biden has been pushing certainly would lead one to believe.

largely a result of our government's bad foreign policy decisions over the last few decades.

Including Haiti. Ask them how successful the Clinton's hurricane and earthquake relief efforts were.
