After the Harris pick, it's obvious that Xi's Plan is Massive Civil Unrest possibly Civil War after an inevitable Biden loss. Kamala Harris was so anti-poor and minority she might as well be Mr Burns from The Simpsons, she ain't black.

Can't wait for Joe to introduce her as "that black chick from Chicago"
