The problem is many liberals don't see a big problem with child porn, think it is a victimless crime. They don't understand that in the making of the pictures, a child has to be abused, and if there were no demand for it there would be no industry. Some of this stuff is so sick it is unspeakable.

The problem with conservatives is that few seem to have the patience or the inclination to actually look beyond what a political hack with an agenda spouts on twitter.

Jackson is a judge. A judge makes judgements in regards to sentences. They do so using their own judgement and recommendations from the DA and the probation office. Jackson did just that and in the seven cases where she dealt with child pornography she gave harsher sentences than the probation office 5 times, and more lenient twice.

What do you think is more likely?

That GOP senators failing to find actual faults with qualifications come out with a disingenuous "what about the children" argument counting on their base too swallow it wholesale?

Or that a judge, and apparently by extention all liberals somehow find child pornography anything less than reprehensible?
