It's beneficial to the entire world if we can help make it less likely a conflict in the ME will devolve in to a nuclear war. It's in the world's interests to try to bring Iran in to the world community if only in an incremental way.

Iran needs to be nuked off the face of the Earth. They've been nothing but a colossal pain in the ads since the Shah was deposed in 1979 no thanks
