Nancy Gbana Abudu, the deputy legal director at SPLC, was picked by Biden in December to serve on the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. The 11th Circuit covers parts of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. The vacancy came about upon the retirement of Judge Beverly B. Martin — a President Barack Obama appointee.​

Well, if an attorney doesn’t understand the law in that only American citizens are allowed to vote furthermore that a person is required to show proof of citizenship prior to voting then one, how the hell could that attorney ever have passed the bar and secondly how could this person even be considered worthy of sitting on the bench. Either the transcript is bogus or someone’s elevator is stuck between floors. I always thought the states governed validation of ones right to vote and maintenance of voter registration rolls.
