Biden gives $41M to liberal group to fight deportation of illegal aliens

They are here legally. DUH
Indeed. Any attempt to blur the lines between legal and illegal means eventually nobody will be vetted and everybody can come to the US life raft without any screening whatsoever.

It’s ironic how rational people don’t have a problem with businesses that limit capacity due to fire regulations, but assume the US lifeboat can provide unlimited resources to all who can get inside undetected. A recent DHS estimate of increased illegal entries last year: over 1.13 million. That’s an increase from previous flow calculations by DHS and a lowball guess.

The Constitution grants everyone in this country the right to council. What other rights are you willing to ignore?
That has nothing to do with the Biden administration using taxpayer money to fight deportation cases. It's incredible to think that just 15 years ago, the Democratic Party was fully against illegal immigration and often sounded exactly like Donald Trump on the subject.

Who do you think pays for representation when the defendant cant?

Yes. What is really happening is robbery of the people. Then these PACs will then make huge donations to the DNC; See how that works? Democrats have their hands in all kinds of cookie jars like this.
Yup. The Dems are using taxpayer funds to make donations to the DNC, via an intermediary channel.

They are ILLEGALS!!! Call me crazy but I think yours and my tax dollars should be going to help the border patrol and not the legal defense of non-citizens. Do you disagree with that? Why?

No one is here illegally until they have their day in court and get deemed that. It has nothing to do with an opinion. It's simple law 101.

Elian Gonzalez never had his day in court, and was deported immediately to Communist Cuba without a hearing or a trial by a jury of his peers.

Wrong. He was returned to his father. They did not return to Cuba for like 2 months later.
