GW Bush inherited a balanced budget, passed trillions in useless spending bills and started 2 failed wars, then blew up the economy, GOP style.
Trump gave us 25% of our total debt in his 4 years of failure, passing more trillions in do nothing spending bills PRE-COVID, and never even had 3% GDP growth annually.

Biden has lowered the massive Trump deficit from Trump's massive $3.1T/yr down to $1.3T/yr.

GOP spending bills caused this massive debt, and most Americans know that now.
