The October 7 EO is ostensibly written to “enhanc[e] safeguards” for “United States Signals Intelligence Activities,” which is intelligence gathering by the interception of signals, including communications, such as through cell phones, or those not used in communication.

This particular EO is just the latest straw by the Democrats to restrict our rights. Their Voting Rights Act was a Federal takeover of elections. Then we had the Dept of Homeland Security board that was gonna eliminate undesirable speech. Merrick Garland sent a memo to the FBI agents telling them they could not talk to members of Congress without his permission. Garland issued a memo to the DOJ that allowed labelling of parents who showed up at school board meetings as domestic threats.

The overreaching problem is that Biden has a history of ignoring court decisions that prohibit something he wants to do. He did this with Mexican border policy. He was ordered to implement several Trump era laws and just ignored the orders. He stopped the Border wall which was legally approved by a Federal court. Congress passed a resolution stopping construction of a gas pipeline from Russia to Germany and Biden just waived it. His forgiving student loan debt is unconstitutional as only Congress can do that. He did it anyway.
