Biden DOJ admits they haven't prosecuted a single person for illegally protesting outside SCOTUS justices' homes

There's a very clearly worded law (18 U.S. Code § 1507) that prohibits these protests, and Joe Biden's administration has effectively told terrorists like the one who tried to murder Brett Kavanaugh that they are free to break that law without repercussions.

BOOM! That was just embarrassing for the DoJ....Garland is a political hack...

Right... like you think it's a conincidence all the right wing judges claimed they would support Roe and then didn't.
They should never have been asked. Litmus tests for Justices have never been acceptable, even if some liberal Senator is afraid his sacred cow will get gored.

Respecting established precedent is a litmus test?

Why stop at Roe.

We should review Brown v. Topeka, Loving vs. Virginia, Heller vs. DC. Let's review them all...
No need for hysterics. The justices need to be free to evaluate each case that they hear. There should be no weenie liberal senators dictating the way the court must rule because they're afraid one of their sacred cows is going to get gored.

So why not reconsider Loving? Will give Thomas a total excuse to dump his old lady.

There are multiple decisions that have been revisited, and you applaud some of them. Would you prefer we just remove reconsideration of all cases from the court? Once decided, a matter can never again be challenged.

Basically, you want to pick and choose what you want the court to revisit and what you don't. It doesn't work that way. Either they can revisit all cases or they can't.

They should only revisit cases that were clearly wrongly decided, like Plessy. Where the constitution was deliberately ignored.

There was no good reason to revisit Roe. Expecially after Kavanaugh, Gorsuch and Barrett all said it was the law of the land.

In revisiting Roe, they WERE revisiting a case that was clearly wrongly decided. An activist Republican Court invented a Constitutional freedom out of nothing. And the Justices should never have even been asked about how they would rule on any given subject. The very fact that liberal Senators were so terrified their sacred cow would get gored is evidence they knew it was on shaky ground.

Roe was decided by Republicans, and supported by Republicans for nearly 50 years...
Then you should be out here loudly proclaiming that Republicans gave you the most sacred of all your sacred cows.

Except overturning Roe is something the elected Republican advocated for.

You see, Ford, Reagan and the Bush's were slick. Promise the Rubes they'll overturn Roe and then appoint judges to preserve it...

Trump was too stupid to play the game.

And you continue admitting the Republicans not only gave you your most sacred of cows, but they also protected it for you, yet you're on here continually bashing them and bad-mouthing them. You would think there was something wrong with you.

And, of course, you're admitting that TRUMP! kept his word to the voters. Are you sure you took your meds today?

Is this something you enjoy, just babbling?

Well, I call it revealing the weaknesses in your arguments and showing you where you inadvertently said things you now wish you hadn't, but yeah, I enjoy that. In this case, you've admitted that Republicans gave you Roe and defended it for you. Since Roe is one of your most sacred cows, you should be expressing gratitude on a daily basis, but instead you're in here whining about every little thing you imagine they ever did. Why is that?

And, yes, you admitted that TRUMP! kept his word, something I've never seen you voluntarily admit until now.
