Everything the Biden White House does is against the good of America and Americans.

This is just another example.

...
The memo’s exclusive focus on “exploitative employers” ignores the fact that the majority of illegal-alien workers are employed on the books (with fake or stolen Social Security numbers), paid above the minimum wage, and work in conditions no different from their citizen and legal-immigrant co-workers.
The distortion of the labor market caused by the ongoing inflow of illegal workers is a function of their number, not lurid exploitative practices that a relatively small share experience. This ongoing labor-supply shock holds down wages and reduces incentives to recruit and train American workers and invest in labor-saving, productivity-increasing technologies.
This is the context in which the memo bans ICE agents from conducting worksite raids. Of course, under the Biden administration, ICE wasn’t doing any raids anyway, but the memo formalizes that policy.
Compare this to the efforts of the previous administration. In 2017, ICE conducted a mass audit of an industrial bakery in Chicago, forcing the employer to let go 800 mostly Mexican illegal aliens, which led to their replacement by American, mostly black, workers. The issue here was not that the illegal-alien workers were chained to their machines or being fed gruel — rather, it was their mere presence in the job market without authorization that was the problem.
ICE under Trump similarly went after illegal employment at Mississippi chicken plants, a trailer manufacturer in Texas, and a meatpacker in Tennessee. Not only were Americans hired to fill these jobs, but the government managed to get indictments of managers in a number of cases, despite the difficulty in doing so due to the (intentional) wording of the statute.
...
Back in 1990, once all the illegal aliens had gotten their amnesty, Senators Ted Kennedy and Orrin Hatch, aided by the National Council of La Raza, tried to renege on the 1986 grand bargain and formally repeal the ban on hiring illegals. They were stopped by Coretta Scott King, who wrote of the “devastating impact the repeal would have on the economic condition of un- and semi-skilled workers – a disproportionate number of whom are African American and Hispanic.”

But Kennedy is getting the last laugh, as the Biden administration does administratively what he couldn’t in Congress.

LOL...ROAR!!!!:auiqs.jpg:

Where has your just and righteous outrage been while the heads of these corporations who give generously to conservative causes and candidates have been practicing hiring undocumented workers OUT IN THE OPEN for the last few decades?
It's now an issue because you don't get the warm feeling in your belly when your savior stands up and tells you ICE is conducting raids on illegals who are taking American jobs (that most Americans would never agree to do).

That's what the NR article is largely about. Stopping the ICE raids. :)

This just proves that everything they've said about the border being closed is a bold-faced lie.
Anyone who says otherwise needs their teeth kicked in.

Over 12 million illegal immigrants living and working in America during the trump years.

trump didn't lift a finger to deport them.

Question for you Ex, if hiring illegals is against the law how is it that we never see any of the owners, superviors, plant managers, etc. arrested and charged when ICE raids these plants.

Maybe you could have read this in the OP?

Maybe?

Why the lie? This is in the OP. So you obviously didn't read the OP and did what leftoids usually do on such threads, you knee-jerked it.

The last President to do that was Eisenhower in Operation Wetback. That was when we had a strong pro American people. Trump did have sweeps targeting sex traffickers and those who were already ordered to leave. Imagine what he could have done with the public behind him. Instead we are burdened with democrat enemies.

So how many of them were arrested, charged and convicted?

Can you imagine the 24/7 handwringing from the MSM had Trump attempted the same? The non-stop videos?

The MSM is a bigger enemy than even the Democrats.

Charge the democrat Party with exploiting and using illegal aliens

But in most cases, it is difficult to prove that employers knowingly hired people who were not authorized to work in the United States. Most employers do not question documents submitted to them, and few states require them to use a government system to vet them.

...

“It’s very hard for the government to prove what an employer knows in his head about his workers,” he said. “It’s a steep hill to climb.”

...

Only some states have made using E-Verify mandatory. Thus, most employers accept documents that appear genuine and employ illegal workers as they employ others, subjecting them to the same payroll withholdings and taxes.
