Except that is not true at all. he did not say that. You should be accurate when claiming a direct quote.

He said EXCTLY what he should have said, "Why would you say something that stupid? Why would you ask something that dumb?"

And those statements are both spot on. It is what Biden should have said to be honest. That is the standard question these days though, they are generally dumb questions either to allow Biden to pontificate on how amazing his administration is or one that is poisoned from the get go. None of them are to illicit actual answers or inform the public these days.
