Does anybody really think the Biden administration will "return" money allegedly diverted from military spending? The left used to hate the military industrial complex. What happened?

Granted, another war is likely on the horizon. You gotta grease the gears of the war machine in every administration.

If you read the article you would know that the money was already allocated to the military through legal appropriations.

The money wasn't for weapons. It was for upgrades to bases, schools for children of military members and other non weapons.

It can't go back to the people without congress reappropriating it to do so.

Facts don't matter to trump supporters. Nor does truth, justice or anything having to do which requires empathy.

If the fact is that a president can move money to whatever items he pleases while it takes an act of Congress to return the money to the people, then "justice" is rather lacking in our system.

The fact is the money stolen by trump for his ego wall was returned to its rightful source, our military.

I agree, but that's what seems to be the intention with the push for "police reform." Federalizing police seems to be the end goal. Notice how a lot of situations that would normally be local affairs are now involving federal investigation (like the Chauvin case). We're likely to see more and more of that in this decade.

If local cops are eventually unable to actually perform their duties or even have funding, then it would require a federal force to take their place.
