Tsk tsk. It's ok now of course.

The Biden administration is still sheltering children separated from close family members in federal facilities for weeks on end – something immigrant advocates and attorneys had hoped the new administration would resolve by now.

Did you actually read the article?

Biden administration officials have signaled that they are pivoting away from Trump administration policies they say were inhumane toward migrants, especially children.

Saying something and doing something are two different things far too often. Like in this case. Politicians have had years to figure this out.
But Biden's only had less than two months to get in there and change a complex mess with many players. Could you give him a little time? He hasn't got Trump's magic wand.

Biden had eight years under Obama to understand the situation and four more years to come up with a plan.

So...What's the difference? From the linked article:

"The migrant children often arrive with a grandparent, older sibling or other relative but are separated until federal officials can confirm the accompanying adult is their relative, as required under U.S. law. The procedure, which is different from the highly controversial Trump administration policy of separating immigrant parents from their children, is designed to protect minors from human traffickers and grant them legal protections."

Sorry the article just makes no sense at all. Biden is doing the same thing the only difference is the media gushes for the old Crow.

Obama never separated children from their parents. He was dealing with unaccompanied minors, older teens, who came here to work.

Biden incorrectly claims Obama administration didn't separate families

Anything you don't condemn under your guy will only get worse with the next.
Those cases seem reasonable; they weren't a global policy.

None of it is reasonable.

I dunno, papageorgio, that's the impression I got.

Nothing has changed between Obama, who didn’t figure it out, Trump who didn’t figure out and now Biden who has seen this for 47 plus years hasn’t figured it out. That is my impression, and they need to work it out but I am willing to bet with the new administration and their promises may create a worse mess than we have ever seen at the border.

The same is happening that happened under obama and Trump. Just you people don't care if a democrat does it and this is proof.
