Biden Administration is Asking Federal Employees: Want to Take 4 Months PTO to Look After Immigrant Children?

I'd do it.
Be careful for what you wish for...

Many of you throw your hands up in the air while screaming “ me “ while not realizing those kids are owned by the coyotes that work for the Human Trafficking Rings and money is owed.

We just had a known recent case I was involved in where the family was told they must pay a certain amount of money for the child or those that brought the child will come for the money one way or the other.

So you should truly know what you are signing up for and do not think for a moment in Maine the cartel will not still come and kidnap that child back...

Biden and the U.S. Government are not telling the whole story when it come to these kids and the fact they are owned by the Cartels that are connected not only to Mexican Gangs but also Russian and Chinese organized crime that is backed by those governments...
I thought it was to go to the border, or wherever tha facilities are, to watch over the kids. Foster parent? No.

Even then you still have to deal with the fact the Children are owned by the Coyotes that brought them and will be dealing with a harsh element that you are not prepared for.

I know you work in the Social Working sector ( If I remember correctly ) but what you will be dealing with at the Border is totally different than what you deal with in Maine...

Bruce, I'm too decrepit now to go howling off to the border and play nanny to kids from So America, but IF I were working for HHS 15 years ago, I would go. I'm a whole lot tougher than you think, but I appreciate the kindly meant warning.

WASHINGTON — The desperate plea landed this week in the email inboxes of employees in government agencies like the Department of Homeland Security and NASA: Will you consider taking a four-month paid leave from your job to help care for migrant children in government-run shelters packed with new arrivals at the border?

The request to much of the federal workforce came from the Department of Health and Human Services, which is at the heart of a frantic effort by the Biden administration to keep up with a surge in young people crossing the southwestern border hoping to reunite with relatives already in the United States.

The pressure is producing tension inside the White House. President Joe Biden expressed frustration with Xavier Becerra, his new secretary of health and human services, in a White House meeting March 30, for what the president views as bureaucratic holdups in increasing capacity, according to two administration officials familiar with the exchange.

What are your thoughts on this initiative?

Why aren't they offering this to the millions of American children in need?

Offensive to the millions of Americans who are in need, and being ignored and marginalized by their feckless government
These children have no parents. Have a heart dude.

LMAO>>These children DO have parents. They either sent them or brought them to the border or paid smugglers because they know Biden will let them in and take care of them, with room and board, education, healthcare in government-run boarding schools. Every American parent's dream. Enough is Enough. In a time when we are economically hurting, he is taking care of illegal aliens who are scamming him.

The children have parents. They just need to be put on buses, planes and/or trucks, and sent back to where their parents actually live. Believe it or not, Americans, even the rich, aren't made of money. We have our own problem with people that lost their jobs because of China's Wuhan Virus (COVID-19) pandemic. There's also the issue of America's homeless population. Our tax payer dollars should go to the USA, until out own problems are worked out, not foreigners.
