in 1964, it blew the doors wide open for all the music that followed.
There was no bigger game-changer - not Elvis, Hendrix, Van Halen
or anyone else compared to them.

Agreed. Angelo has it right. There WERE no bigger game changers than the Beatles. They influenced not only the music and musicians of the time, but also the way people dressed.
