Unions built this nation. There is a healthy percentage of americans who hate workers. Yet they want people to work hard. Hypocrites.

This nation was mostly built before the unions. The unions then helped it along. Unions are great if needed and employees treated like crap. But they need to reign in themselves also when in total control. When the nation collapses, the unions involved that slow the growth will still be around making the downturn worse except for those still employed by them.

why don’t the union bosses ask for more stock options for the employees?

So if the CEO does a good job, he gets a 20% raise. If average joe does a good job, he gets 3%. You do realize CEO pay has outgained the DOW advances over the past 30 years, right? Meanwhile, average joe pay has remained virtually stagnant.

People need more money to pay for things like housing, food, and clothing. You cant take stock options to the grocery store to pay for food.
