Being around many Jews lately

People claim to be Jewish while constantly maligning Jewish people.

What's wrong with this picture, folks?

The OP is as Jewish as a McRib sandwich.

Shalom Y’all!

This site shows what happens when the "Chosen People" choose pork. North Carolina pork barbecue to be specific.

Only about 10% of Jews keep Kosher. It's incredibly difficult to do. Nearly impossible if you don't live in an observant Jewish community.

I did it for many years, until my daughter became a teen and wanted to eat food from outside with her non-observant friends.

To me jews are like everyone else just humans neither do I detest them or hate them nor do I think I should or want to treat them with silver gloves that they are so special I think most jews don't ask to be treated favorably at all either. Just like every other group.

Seriously speaking.

I have lived in Los Angeles since the 1940s.

The Jewish people, I understand, once lived in an area somewhat close to our railroad station.

Then they moved to what we call the Fairfax area.

They had a high school named Fairfax High. It was THE most intellectually advanced public high school in L.A. Teachers dreamed of teaching there.

I want to keep this post positive, so I shan't discuss the reason for its academic deterioration.

The Jewish people are a positive and constructive element in this city, although some are too bleeding heart on social issues for my taste.

Their young people study hard and attend the best universities. They do not commit street crime.

If anyone is interested in their community, they have an excellent weekly newspaper called the Jewish Journal, which one can find online.

If I had a nickel for every time I saw an antisemite claim to be Jewish, I'd have..............

37 dollars and 50 cents.

Thanks, in part, to Hitler, and the excesses of The Nazis, it's currently considered poor manners in most circles to be openly anti-Semitic.

However, in order to allow people full reign to their Jew-hating propensities. There are certain exceptions.

You're allowed to make any antisemitic claim you want as long as you ..

a) ... indicate you don't mean all Jews ... just those 'Zionists' who don't care to see Israel pushed into the sea.

b) ... make claim to Jewish Heritage or claim to have 'Jewish Blood', despite the fact that no such thing even exists.
IDK why anti jews would dislike the notion of a Jewish Israel. That means less Jews in your hood wherever you live. The rub with jews that most have is the history of Marx (Jewish lineage), Commies, Socialists, Bolsheviks, Rothchild Clan, Frankfurt School, etc. From the Kalergi Plan to today it seems either open borders for the USA or Europe, when take a look behind the curtain, lots of jews are in this arena.
Last year I pulled up a Catholic Charities website...the section on refugee resettlement in the USA, all of the executives were Jewish.

Of course it is lazy to paint with such a broad brush relative to any racial, ethnic or religious group. But none of these groups should be beyond being critique. That is what freedom of speech is all about. As they say if you want to know who has the power ask yourself who you can't criticize publicly. Nick Cannon was a taught a lesson recently when he went on an insane anti white and anti Jewish rant. Soon after he apologized to Jews but not whites (although Jews seem white to me lol at least most).

Actually I just found that while googling to see if a Jewish guy invented the McRib sandwich. I don't know any Jews who keep kosher, but I know a couple of Christians who do. I know several Jews who love BBQ and smoking meats, though.

Here in the U.S., especially in the New York area, a lot of them smell funny and have terrible fashion sense.

but I know a couple of Christians who do.

No, you know a couple of xtians who follow arbitrary dietary laws.

In order to keep kosher and follow kashrut, you need to have been raised in or have instruction from the observant community. Many Jews who were not raised observant are returning to observance (baal teshuva) because of the appealing lifestyle.

But, people like 7th Day Adventists and other who believe they are keeping kosher have no understanding of Kashrut law.

Rubbish.

He alternates between saying he hates Jews and erroneously claiming to be one.
Oh come on !! I am a nice guy
I thought you at least find me amusing

“Right now, Jews are in a very precarious and strange position,” said author and former New York Times editor Bari Weiss in a wide-ranging interview Friday, with former Fox News and NBC host Megyn Kelly.

“Jews don’t count,” she argued. “If someone said to another editor at the New York Times, ‘are you writing about the Blacks again? Are you writing about the trans again? Are you writing about the gays again?’ — think about how that sounds to your ear; it’s disgusting. And yet some people think it’s acceptable to say about Jews.”
