Personally, I can see someone hiring a Polack to pump their septic system or clean up after their dog

But seeing a Polish doctor? Yuk.

But ironically, Poland gets around top 10 positions in PISA ratings, while Israel is somewhere around 40s. Though, some say it is the Israrli Arabs who drag it down. Go figure.
