This is old news really. Recently there was a raid on a legal residence, they confiscated his firearms. He was released without charge, but because he had a marijuana permit. They refused to give them back and a Federal judge backed up ATF.

Whether or not it is harmless is not the issue. What you put in your body is none of the federal government's business. It is asinine to think that there is no place in all umpteen million square miles that a dude can go and get high without fear of retribution. I don't care if you want to go lick a cyanide tablet. If you stop converting O2 into CO2 that isn't my problem. Now if you in your state do not want that then make it illegal but why in the @#$% do you care what someone in FL is doing if you live in CA?

Personally, I would campaign to make it illegal in my state but I would never campaign to make it illegal across state lines.
