As ranking high in popularity polls is not a requirment to be nominated for a seat on the Supreme Court or to be confirmed the poll means less than nothing. I suspect if you broke her popularity down by party affilation she would rank very high with Republicans very low with Democrats and be split pretty evenly with Indpendents which gives you pretty much a 50/50 split give or take a few points and that is the norm in today's political climate.
