romney leading 51% to 45 % nationaly. even worse new for obama he now tied with romney with women and is 12% behind with men.

worst possible news on eve of debate. but if anything going to push him to peform well on tuesday night then this well.

he behind now and he has to turn up tuesday night to have a chance in this election.

if he underpeform the games up

But Obama said Romney wanted women to die
well i am not sure he said that. but all i know he romney seem to be pulling bulding up bigger and bigger lead nationally each day. one more bad debate and might as well give up

More and more people are opening their eyes to see just how the currently elected clowns have been running the country for the last 4 years and they have had enough. I am certain that Romney will win the election and Obama and crew will be one-termers. Time for a change. Socialism just doesn't work well in this country.

Thanks for the heads up. It would serve you well to post a link to that poll.

look like race could be over if that poll is correct. jake tapper of abc news saying it awful . obama was 2% up in same poll in september. now 5% behind. he just said this on his twitter

one can't compare polls of likely voters with registered voters. Still, the swing in many of these polls suggest Romney momentum

very bad news for obama from respected journalist saying that. is this thing over .

Send in the chair.

The President will NOT "debate" as hideously as he did in the First Debate. He will steal a page from his Veep's playbook (that's the sad state of his campaign, he is lowered to FOLLOWING the dumbest person in the history of U.S. politics). He will rudely interrupt Mitt and condescend for all he's worth. In his case, it's a studied art form honed from lots of practice.

It will not help. He may not get trounced AS HUMILIATINGLY as he was in the first debate, but there's no way he could possibly DEFEND his record when questioned by the gallery. No matter how much the "moderator" is inclined to provide him cover, he's gonna be exposed as the fraud and the charlatan he really is, yet again.

with the polls as bad as usa today it looking very bleak for the president now

it going further behind. even with good debate peformance it might not be enough to make election close.

Now, the USA TODAY/Gallup Poll shows Romney leading Obama 51%-46% among likely voters in the swing states. Men who are likely voters back him 54%-42%. The states are Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin.

i am not dreaming on. I am unhappy and gutted at these polls. I hope president can turn it around in next two debates and really expose romney. But that is most worrying poll to date. I have no see him so far behind in major newspaper poll.

i hope that obama can close the gap and take it to romney. But i am very worried at the state of his chances at the moment. It the worrier in me.

Unhappy my ass.
of course i am unhappy . If your saying i am happy with obama losing you very much mistaken. Last thing i want is romney presidency and see cuts and repeaing of affordable health care act. i am a natual worrier and so when i see negative polls against obama i worry big time.

i am just being honest about where obama is i hope he can turn around but i worry.

Don't worry. Be happy. Getting RID of the Obama Administration will be the best move to preserve America.

Getting rid of Obamacare is necessary and desirable.

And what "cuts" are you "worried" about? You need to worry more about NOT getting Romney in to START the process of cutting. We are in DIRE fiscal shape. We cannot afford any more of the long history we have had of complete irresponsibility in that realm. President Obama has NO intention of doing anything to stem it. Mitt is much more likely to bust a move along those lines. We NEED that.

Decker, as a Brit living in the UK, Obama has made it possible for you to contribute to his campaign. He accepts foreign donations so be sure to send a lot. I personally wouldn't but it might cheer you up.
