I'm aware of that case and the sentence was overturned and he was re sentenced, although I don't know what the new one was, the judge that issued the 30 day was also investigated. For the record I'm in firm belief all child sex crimes should carry very, very harsh sentencing. I don't care if it's homo or hetero
