Tasted great, didn't make me feel bloated and best of all; NO FARTING!

Mrs. Scientist has been putting up with my flatulence for more than ten years no but no more! (No pun intended) For me, beans have been good for at least a full day of "clearing the room".

I'm sure there are plenty of organic food convert posters here. What is it that took away the flatulence? Sure, I could read the label but then I couldn't make a thread about it could I? :lol:
 
Soaking the beans for 24 hours before cooking usually removes the flatulence problem associated with them...organic has nothing to do with it.

Soaking (and then thoroughly rinsing) legumes is the proper method.
