Seriously, RDean...why would you even post that interview? Paul Ryan sat there very calmly answering each and every one of David Gregory's questions with a thoughtful, concise position. He isn't reading canned lines off note cards or a teleprompter. He's perfectly comfortable talking economic policy right off the cuff.
