LOL, there are many white males eligible that haven't joined in general.

In spite of the 'entrapment' of minorities by the damn benefits, there are many blacks, Hispanics, women, Asians, Midgets, Dwarfs, Giants, etc. that haven't joined either. Dammit! I'm sure there is a conspiracy afoot to get white male lawyers!
