Don’t kid yourself. There is a reason other countries don’t offer mass mail-in balloting. It is ripe for fraud. The left took advantage of COVID and the prepped everyone for the enormous amount of mail in ballots that were going to be submitted by Democrats only. You take into account more voters ONLY came out this year to ONLY vote for President, and wouldn't know their congressman if he bit them on the ass, then, yes, it makes sense you'd have some percentage of president only ballots.
