The numbers are staggering. NYU is about 50% foreign, and Ivies like Columbia and Harvard - with major antisemitism problems and a lot of Arab funding - are about 25%.

Given 1) how many of these foreigners hate the country and oppose its foreign policies and 2) how difficult it is for Americans, especially whites of middle class backgrounds, to get in, isn’t this unfair to our nation’s youth?

Yes, college enrollment is projected to decline in 2025, particularly among freshmen, due to several factors including a decrease in the number of 18-year-olds, the impact of the FAFSA simplification, and changes in the demographic makeup of the student population. While there have been some increases in freshman enrollment in recent years, overall enrollment is still projected to decline

Four-Year College EnrollmentBetween 2025 and 2029, the number of college-bound students will decline by over 400,000 fewer students in a span of four years, an average loss of 100,000 students per year.

Depends what you think the purpose of college is.

If it's to be diploma mills that give white folks their ticket to the middle class, then yes, you might have a point.

But if their purpose is to encourage scholarship, then they should be admitting the best and brightest from around the world.

There are a lot of ways to look at this. The international students pay full tuition, room and board, which few Americans do. Their money funds wonderful facilities, including posh student unions, gymnasiums, instructional buildings, and so on. Are they pushing out Americans by taking up slots in the Freshman class? Possibly.

I frequently pass through the campus of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, and if one were to judge the institution by the students one sees outdoors on campus, you would conclude that some Asian government was funding it. Very few visible "round eyes."

Not that there is anything wrong with that.

The problem comes when the funding comes from adversarial countries and/or those that have their own agenda regarding America. A prime example is all the Arab money - primarily from Qatar - that is purchasing influence at the Ivies.

At NYU, or maybe Columbia….can’t remember which….they handed out an anti-Israel pamphlet at freshmen orientation to begin the brainwashing the very first weekend.

Same with UVA....A young man could develop "Yellow Fever" there in a hurry. ;)

No the students don't hurt the US students. It is the international teachers that hurt. I had several professors that I could barely understand a word they spoke. That was a big pain in the ass.

American colleges are the gateway to the Great American ATM.

Segregating whites from society is what is happening.

The premise being, they are systemically racist and deserve it.

I am pretty sure the Trump administration has rectified that demand.
You mean he’s discouraged pro-Palestinian students like the Syrian HAMAS supporter to come here? I can only hope.

As long as the tuition is paid for by the students themselves or their home governments. No government loans or grants for foreign students.

That’s some scary stuff. I do notice that when I am at the shopping mall, or as it happens visiting a loved one in the hospital, there is a very small minority of whites. At the hospital, it was even more pronounced. I didn’t see a single white staffer - doctor, nurse, or support staff.

Right after WW2 all you saw in hospitals were Filipino nurses and doctors.

They are all white where I live.
