There are actual federal laws that make what she speaks about a criminal offense
5 U.S.C. 7311 (foavc.org)
“An individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States of the government of the District of Columbia if he (1) advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government…”
clearly specifies it is a criminal violation for any member of Congress to advocate the overthrow of our constitutional form of government. The definition of the word “advocate” is to: “defend by argument before a tribunal or the public: support or recommend publicly.”
If we actually applied this law, we wouldnt have much of a federal government.
