Anybody here watch the comedy displayed in sunday nights Chargers/Steelers game?

MDK you are a steelers fan,surely YOU watched it? did you get as much a kick out of it as i did watching the Steeler fans take over carson?

I was at my hotel in LA and they had that game on and I got in time after the Niners/Rams game that day to get the chance to see the second half that they were showing the game on in the restaraunt area and I could not help but laugh when one of the announcers said-Hard to believe that this game is being played in LA.feels like we are in Pittsburgh and one of the players they interviewed also said something like-I know this game was played in LA but man,it sure felt like a home game in pittsburgh,steeler nation really came out in full force tonight.

The thing that I could not understand is i would think the NFL would NOT show a prime time game for the chargers at home knowing the whole country can see the embassasment that every home game is ALWAYS a road game for the chargers,that they have SIXTEEN road games all year long but i think the reason they are doing it is becuase its a well known fact the owners want the chargers back,they never thought spanos would go to LA so they have now decided to air prime time home games to embarrass him. great idea. even teams that DONT travel well like the titans and browns for example,it is ALWAYS like that for ALL chargers games. the NFL destroyed what little credibility they had letting this happen. they pretty much lost it before when they let the Rams go to hicktown stank louis but this is even MUCH worse,in stank louis they at LEAST showed up when they were winning.No charger fans showed up last year when they were winning.

The Los Angeles Chargers are hosting the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday Night Football in what is a home game on paper for the Chargers but if you judge it by the fans in the stadium, this is clearly a home game for the Steelers.

the thing is i myself like so many others KNEW this was going to happen but these NFL owners are such arrogant fucks in the NO FAN LOYALTY LEAGUE that they even ignored the experts who TRIED to tell the NFL that two teams in LA does not work,that it has NEVER worked.that LA is not like new york that does support two NFL teams. It did not take a fucking genius to understand any of this yet that moron child idiot dean spanos just like all NFL owners,was too arrogant to listen to the warnings.

the thing that really proves what an idiot spanos is though is he would have done MUCH better if the CHARGERS had been the team to move to Vegas rather than the Raiders because vegas has far more charger fans there than Raider fans.the Raider brand is as small in vegas as the charger brand is in LA.

1000% I get the NFL wants to move into bigger markets but the chargers had a pretty loyal fanbase in San Diego. Unfortunately the same thing is going to happen to the raiders when they move to Las Vegas

whats REALLY comical is that as i said,the chargers WOULD have done much better in vegas where the raiders are going cause the chargers have MUCH more fans there than they do raider fans,the raider brand is not big in vegas at all,they have no attachment to them,

as this poster cherise said so well,the same thing will happen to the raiders in vegas and even worse than when they were in LA which was bad enough for them. even the year they were GREAT in LA,the fans never showed up top games.

Oh yeah for sure I am. Yeah behind all the glitz and glamour of the fancy hotels and casinos,vegas does not have much to offer for its residents. It will be the same problem for them as it is for the chargers because vegas has a bunch of transients that retire there just for the weather after living in cold weather parts of the country most their lives.

vegas is so poor,that you have parents of children working TWO jobs just to keep their heads above water.
