Anti-Health Care Reform Protesters Mock Parkinson's Victim

They are emulating their god...Rush Limbaugh

They gave him money. And said I choose whether to give.

And that's the truth. We have to right to choose it. The government doesnt.

Sounds likr many of the posters here were there "name one thing Obama is done". I swear, can they ever come up with an original argument/point that isn't so tired and old and repeated ad naseum?

I especially like the guy who said "I can say what I want, whether its right or not, its america". Again, sounds like many posters here. "I believe what I want, who cares if its right or not"

They didn't give him money, they threw a dollar at him, mocking him. They have no idea of this man's situation, not at all.

Ask yourself Avatar, WWJD?

You think he would of reacted like they did?

You honestly can't say yes.

Disgusting, simply fucking disgusting.

It starts around 0:51.

On another note, at 1:24, it looks like Mal.

That guy throwing the dollar bills at the guy should have both his wrists broken.

The woman at the end? Put small businesses out of "work?" Really? Without having to offer an employer paid plan, small businesses will benefit most from increased ability to compete.

Isn't it kind of odd to see people old enough to (and probably currently) benefit from SS and Medicare (that"socialist" program) bitching about others being able to visit the doctor instead of waiting until a condition is so advanced they have to 1) visit the ER, and/or 2) is too far gone to matter? I want those selfish fucks out there to BURN their benefit cards.

How many people who protest against HCR (or any other consumer protection or public good) have stocks tied up in the industries they protest for? That would at least be a somewhat rational (if short-sighted and tunnel-visioned) self interest. The ones without a 401k, or equivalent, and no stock portfolio are organized and led by those who do. SCREAMING against their own economic and social interests. Holy shit. are Americans THIS stupid?

Cowshit and gunsmoke by people who benefit most from the systems they protest against.
They're either dishonest or stupid. I'll accept either explanation, but it really does have to be one or the other.

So who is willing to step up and defend their fellow human being by saying such actions taken by these savages is completely wrong? :eusa_think:

Its the "I've got mine" mentality. I have health insurance (for now at least) and I will fight to the death to prevent others from getting it. (If others get it, that means I will get less)

Interesting. I particularly liked the comments of 'everyone has the right to affordable healthcare' - which I agree with. That comment was from a pro the bill person. I also agreed with 'we don't want this bill rammed down our throats'. From the anti bill side.

Also, I see the SEIU was out in force at the event. Call me a cynic, but anytime the SEIU show up, I smell an orchestrated confrontation.

Ya just gotta love the title for this thread.

ANTI-health care reform protesters.

ANTI-health care reform protesters.

Is it wrong? No.

I love how you care more about trying to score cheap political points rather than doing the right thing and agreeing that those people were disgusting.

except 99 percent of the country wants some kind of reform. they just don't want Obamacare.

and since when did "mocking" someone with disabilities become a horror.

didn't you all say Palin should get over herself when a T.V. show mocked her and her downs syndrome baby.

or when she spoke out over Rahm calling people retards.

Much lower than 99%. This goes beyond Obamacare.

Obamacare, or HC Reform is not the point of this thread.

The point of this thread is to show the lack of humanity of some people when it comes to these issue. We as a country have lost our way if we not only accept such behavior but support it.

It's always been a horror. whether Palin's son is being mocked or anyone else with disabilities.

It's always been a horror. Nobody's gone after Palin's son.

People went after Palin for calling out Rahm for using the word retard but when Rush used it, she called it satire. They called her out for being a hypocrite.

The person who voiced the down syndrome character on Family Guy had Down Syndrome, fucking hack that you are.

As opposed to all the events orchestrated by FoxNews, et al.?

Most people don't support ridiculing the disabled. and just because people don't want a public "option" doesn't mean they don't want reform. Funny how the conservative idea of allowing insurers to sell across state lines is forgotten by those who claim the repubs have no answers.
