This reminds me of the Brandon Raub case...I agree not real bright to threaten ANYONE on social media but he didn't threaten a person he made a statement that is protected under the 1st amendment.

Hmm... I can see both sides of this argument. While I'm a strong believer in the first amendment and being allowed to say anything you wish, threatening to kill law enforcement officers is pretty stupid. I don't know if he should be prosecuted but this is definitely someone who should checked up upon.
