Another win for Trump, loss for Sanctuary cities

That's awesome news!!!

If Trump is president for life that is....

Not so great if some other party gets to be president one day....

This only effects sanctuary cities that receive Federal funding ... so, no loss in the cities that don't ... ha ha ha ... the others, it's the price they pay to suckle at the eagle's tit ...

Now if only they prosecute the heads of those sanctuary cities and states. Title 8.

Oh and how many cities and States don't get Fed money?? I'd say. All of them get fed money in one way or another.

Trump.....so much winning..........the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Trump is well within his powers as the head of the Executive Branch to withhold funds from democrat party sanctuary cities where violent, repeat, illegal alien criminals are allowed to go free over and over again...

Trump Win: Court Rules Trump Can Withhold Funds To States With ‘Sanctuary Cities’

Withholding funds is one thing, and it's nothing more really than a slap on the wrist. Money will still trickle down from the federal level to sanctuary cities from other sources, such as congressional pork barrel earmarks used to get legislation passed, and will be filtered or laundered through tech giant corporations to the coffers and pockets of sanctuary city politicians. This corruption is too damned deep to be stopped with policy or promise from the White House. Donald Trump needs to roll in the Regular Army to these lawless cities and states, arrest their mayors and governors, and put them on nationally televised trials. Either that, or he needs to create a new branch of federal law enforcement to go after these seditious bastards and remove them from power. Breaking the law is not a political right, stance or platform. This sanctuary bullshit has gone on far too long. The American Left flaunts it only because they believe they can get away with it indefinitely.

Awesome!

He should immediately cut all funding to any and all of these cities.

Court hands Trump win in sanctuary city fight, says administration can deny grant money

A federal appeals court on Wednesday handed a major win to the Trump administration in its fight against “sanctuary” jurisdictions, ruling that it can deny grant money to states that refuse to cooperate with federal immigration authorities.

The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals in New York overturned a lower court ruling that stopped the administration’s 2017 move to withhold grant money from the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program, which dispenses over $250 million a year to state and local criminal justice efforts.

TRUMP ADMINISTRATION TO DEPLOY BORDER PATROL TO SANCTUARY CITIES TO HELP ICE CATCH ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS

“Today’s decision rightfully recognizes the lawful authority of the Attorney General to ensure that Department of Justice grant recipients are not at the same time thwarting federal law enforcement priorities,” a DOJ spokesman said in a statement. “The grant conditions here require states and cities that receive DOJ grants to share information about criminals in custody. The federal government uses this information to enforce national immigration laws--policies supported by successive Democrat and Republican administrations.”

“All Americans will benefit from increased public safety as this Administration is able to implement its lawful immigration and public safety policies,” the statement said.
