Another State’s COVID-19‭ ‬Policy Struck Down By the USSC

Thursday’s ruling by the U.S.‭ ‬Supreme Court sided with a church that defied California’s pandemic-related policy,‭ ‬which bans indoor religious services.‭ ‬The High Court upheld the church’s challenge as being unconstitutional religious discrimination.‭

Governor Gavin Newsom obviously expected the court’s ruling,‭ ‬the decision followed a similar action by the justices on Nov.‭ ‬25‭ ‬that backed Christian and Jewish houses of worship that challenged New York state restrictions in coronavirus hot spots.‭

If the God-fearing-folk across‭ ‬America‭ ‬are so eager to risk their lives attending these super-spreader events,‭ ‬so they can get a dose of that old-time-religion there should be no restricting their gambling with their lives and the lives of their children.

The COVID-19‭ ‬pandemic is proving itself to be an excellent tool for weeding-out the inferior-minded members of the population here in the United States.‭ ‬Unfortunately,‭ ‬a certain percentage of deaths among superior-minded individuals is inevitable.

However,‭ ‬the RWNJs‭’ ‬ongoing fight against common sense restrictions to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus,‭ ‬coupled with the immeasurable help they are receiving from the SCOTUS,‭ ‬will put the vast majority of COVID deaths into this group of the inferior-minded,‭ ‬and extremely white citizenry.‭

So,‭ ‬there is a pleasant up-side to the RWNJs‭’ ‬determination to eagerly spread COVID-19‭ ‬among themselves,‭ ‬while believing their god will protect them.‭ ‬Statistics have yet to bear out their ill conceived assumption.‭ (‬But,‭ ‬the RWNJs deny all facts that don’t please them.‭)

So,‭ ‬Christian conservatives,‭ ‬attend church,‭ ‬don’t wear face masks,‭ ‬and fill the buildings to SRO.‭ ‬Do it for your party,‭ ‬and do it for your country.‭ ‬The United States is facing an overpopulation problem,‭ ‬and your efforts to spread and contract COVID-19‭ ‬can go a long way in solving this issue.

Where's your vaccination papers

‘You don’t need an ID to vote but show me your papers to go anywhere and do anything’

On Wednesday the Department of Defense released the first images of a Covid vaccination record card as well as vaccination kits. “Everyone will be issued a written card that they can put in their wallet that will tell them what they had and when their next dose is due,” says Dr. Kelly Moore, associate director of the Immunization Action Coalition. “Let’s do the simple, easy thing first. Everyone’s going to get that.”

The Supremes strike again.

Supreme Court tosses rulings against churches in Colorado, New Jersey

Both cases contested attendance limits placed on religious institutions that were not equally applied to secular ones, with the latter case also arguing that New Jersey’s mask mandate was applied more strictly to religious gatherings than secular establishments.

December 15, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – The United States Supreme Court reversed a pair of lower court rulings that sided with COVID-19 restrictions over the religious liberty claims of churches on Tuesday, ordering the courts to reconsider the cases in light of its decision last month against similar health measures New York attempted to impose on religious institutions.

SCOTUSblog reports that the orders concern rulings against High Plains Harvest Church in Colorado and both Christian and Jewish houses of worship in New Jersey. Both cases contested attendance limits placed on religious institutions that were not equally applied to secular ones, with the latter case also arguing that New Jersey’s mask mandate was applied more strictly to religious gatherings than secular establishments.

The nation’s highest court ordered the lower courts to reconsider the cases in light of the Supreme Court’s decision last month in favor of Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn against capacity limits imposed by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.

“Even in a pandemic, the Constitution cannot be put away and forgotten,” the Court ruled in November. “The restrictions at issue here, by effectively barring many from attending religious services, strike at the very heart of the First Amendment’s guarantee of religious liberty,” and “cannot be viewed as neutral because they single out houses of worship for especially harsh treatment.”

That kind of singling out of Churches in not allowed in our Free Nation.

On December 10, 2020, a California Superior Court issued a preliminary injunction protecting Father Trevor Burfitt and his Catholic parishes from the discrimination being heaped on them by Hypocrite Governor Gavin Newsom and those under his authority in the name of COVID-19 prevention. Robinson and Burfitt are both priests of the Society of St. Pius X.

ANOTHER WIN FOR RELIGIOUS FREEDOM: This one comes in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which delivers a “strict scrutiny” lecture to the District Court that upheld Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak’s clearly discriminatory capacity limits on church attendance.

The decision today against Nevada Gov. anti-Christian Steve Sisolak’s clearly discriminatory anti-Covid regulations that penalized churches with severe attendance limits while leaving casinos free to operate with no such considerations:

“The Supreme Court’s decision in Roman Catholic Diocese compels us to reverse the district court. Just like the New York restrictions, the Directive treats numerous secular activities and entities significantly better than religious worship services.

“Casinos, bowling alleys, retail businesses, restaurants, arcades, and other similar secular entities are limited to 50 percent of fire-code capacity, yet houses of worship are limited to 50 people regardless of their fire-code capacities. As a result, the restrictions in the Directive require attendance limitations that create the same ‘disparate treatment’ of religion.”

The appeals court directed the District Court that had decided against the Calvary Chapel of Dayton Valley congregation to revisit its decision and evaluate the Sisolak edict according to the strict scrutiny standard the Supreme Court used in the Brooklyn case.
