With polygamists it's hard to say. They haven't, for instance, upheld and iconized Warren Jeffs as their cultural poster boy. Gays have upheld, promote and defend however, Harvey Milk as their sexual icon.

1. Harvey Milk sodomized orphaned teen homeless boys on drugs in a serial fashion.

2. He did so openly while holding office.

3. One of those boys at least was a minor.

4. Milk, while sodomizing that minor boy also officated as his father figure.

5. That boy grew up after being discarded by Milk after his "use by" date, and killed himself on Milk's birthday: May 22nd.

6. Gays and Lesbians made as a matter of law, a proclamation and mandate that kids in California public schools celebrate Harvey Milk's "accomplishements" [not getting busted for openly sodomizing teen orphaned boys and promoting gay promiscuity while holding a public office] on that May 22nd date, ironically.

7. Gays and lesbians promoted Harvey Milk's picture on a commemorative US postage stamp.

8. Gays and lebians want to get married to be promoted, thereby, to the top tier of prospectives to adopt orphaned kids in a state near you.

9. When reminded of Milk's crimes against youth, gays and lesbians "same sexers" line up in unison to defend his acts; arguing that the age of consent be lowered, not that Milk be denounced in any way.

THAT is how gay marriage harms. It harms orphaned kids up for adoption. Lest you think gays can be discriminated against at the adoption agency once they gain "married' status, think again. Lawsuits will fly and adoption agents will be labelled "bigot, hater, homophobe". The equivalent would be a hetero couple coming in to adopt wearing "Free Jerry Sandusky!" T-shirts, and suing when they were denied...

The CNN stories aren't mysterious. Anderson Cooper is no dummy. He's figured out the legal snags for gay hopefuls with the Utah case. So CNN is promoting polygamy likely on his behalf to snuff any ill will towards what the Justices will surely be weighing when it makes it before their Court: that if they force gay marriage on Utah, they'll be forcing polygamy on them too.

Very simple to figure out why CNN is airing these stories.

Fine, arrest and prosecute child molesters. Those happen on both sides of the fence.
