Ankle monitors ordered for Louisville, Kentucky residents exposed to Covid-19

They could be killing people by infecting them. And they are doing it on purpose.

They could be charged with murder.

On second thought, forget the ankle brackets. Lock them up.

Stop being such a drama queen...
Stop being such a wimpy-assed whiner.

Stop being such a cocksucking little bitch...
If I ever start I'll keep that in mind.

Now, are you done whining yet?

It's not a crime at all.
I agree. So why treat victims like criminals?
But there's no way anyone can offer assurances that those diagnosed in the future won't venture out amongst the masses. Requiring those diagnosed to wear ankle monitors could curtail that.
Once someone has proven they are a sociopath and not interested in the well being of others an ankle monitor, at a minimum,
would be a good way of addressing that problem.

But not until then, I mean...if you follow the Constitution, that is.

But you don't seem all too interested in doing everything we can to combat the problem...
So by your simpleton's way of thinking (and I use that term, thinkng, loosely when in your context) if we don't do everything we can to combat the flu then that shows a lack of seriousness.
Then why not go the Chinese way and simply makes sure no one leaves their homes? That's the ultimate
outcome of doing "everything we can to combat the problem" isn't it.

By the way, do have any remote idea how much it would cost to provide ankle monitors for the whole population and to monitor them all 24x7? No. Of course you don't. And yet you feel okay insulting
the IQ of rational thinking people. That's how real nasty little idiots roll.

People who haven't committed crimes don't need monitoring.

We still have the principle of presumed innocence in this country.

I absolutely agree with you.

Which is why those in Kentucky have not been afforded their due process. They were not charged, tried and convicted of anything. They are not "guilty" of a crime...

Wrong! It IS a question of quilt or innocence if the crime is willfully exposing others to a public health risk.
Are you willing to gut our Constitutional guarantees to keep a few isolated individuals from acting like
irresponsible idiots? I'm not.

Well, you're probably more aware than most that being an idiot isn't a crime. If it was, you'd be on death row.

I find it laughable that you want to discuss me wanting to "gut our Constitutional guarantees" when you seem all too comfortable deciding these people are guilty without a formal charge, without a trial or the opportunity to secure legal representation and, most importantly, a finding of guilt. All of those are guaranteed by the Constitution but, because they're inconvenient to your ignorant argument, you ignore them.

Remember, all I said is I think they have the basis for a lawsuit on their hands. I never said they would win. Buut their rights have been violated, whether or not in the name of the public good, and I can easily see where even a rookie lawyer could have fun with this one...

It's not a crime, nor have those people been found guilty of anything...
Are you saying there is no such thing as public health laws? That's ignorant.
Whether one has been charged with a crime or not does not negate a crime.

But if a person is not charged with a crime, a person cannot be found guilty of a crime and punished.

The inescapable fact of the matter is that the people in Kentucky weren't "charged" with anything...

Why shouldn't EVERYONE wear ankle monitors since EVERYONE is a potential carrier of
the corona virus, in your brilliant proposal.
By the way, sharp guy, we are talking about people who have tested positively for the Kung Flu.
What is the point of ankle bracelets for everyone when not nearly everyone has the flu?

It's absolutely self defeating!

There's absolutely no point to it, which is why I never brought that up.

You did...

And yet I'm taking you to school. What does your comment say about you then?

You know what's funny?

You think that repeated posts by you, which go unanswered, equates to "schooling" someone.

I had better things to do with my time than sit here and obliterate every little stupid, pinheaded thing you decided to belch up. I got up from my desk just knowing that there'd be a flurry of panty-twisted posts from you proclaiming your superiority.

I wake up this morning and, well, there you go.

You're such a little dipshit it's almost funny...

No point to your idiotic unworkable idea? I know.

Apparently he doesn't have the virus but lives with someone who does. So, he's been exposed to the virus.

Anyway...

Having been exposed to the highly contagious disease, D.L. was ordered to stay at home last week. But according to family members, D.L. "leaves the house often."

When D.L. didn't respond to the health department's messages, Jefferson Circuit Court Judge Angela Bisig ordered the Department of Corrections to fit D.L. with a global positioning device for the next 14 days. If D.L. leaves the house again, he or she could be criminally charged, WDRB reports.

D.L. is not the only Louisville resident ordered to wear ankle monitors to contain the spread of the coronavirus. According to WDRB, there are three other known cases so far. Two other people who live in the same home — one who has tested positive, and the other who has not — were ordered to remain in their home last week after both refused to stay isolated.
Who's ratting these people out? Don't tell me in a city the size of Louisville that the police are going to know any of these people from Adam. This is frickin' wierd.

If you have a cell phone and you take it with you, with Google, Apple, Samsung and other devices, you can be tracked quite easily.

Does the little baby feel better after his tantrum now?

Who are "these people" that you claim I find "guilty"? And guilty of what?

Post # 72. Knowingly putting others at risk by spreading a deadly contagious disease is a crime.
So even someone of your limited intellect can understand think of San Francisco when authorities there
refused to put gays in jail for spreading the AIDS virus around even though bath houses there were deadly houses of death. Think about it.

Don't be dumb and conflate two issues....one is spreading a deadly disease around and the other is what
authorities do about it. Or don't do.

You should go read the OP source material again and tell me again where I've gone wrong by supporting
what authorities there have done making those infected with the corona virus who refuse to self quarantine
wear ankle bracelets that track their movement and threaten them with jail if they don't stay away from
public contact of others.
Why is Louisville wrong? Why am I wrong for supporting authorities there? Why are you so confused?

Bill Gates Calls for a “Digital Certificate” to Identify Who Received COVID-19 Vaccine

On March 18th, Bill Gates took part in an AMA (Ask Me Anything) on Reddit titled I’m Bill Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. AMA about COVID-19. where he answered questions about the pandemic. In one of his answers, Gates referred to a “digital certificate” to keep track of who got vaccinated.

A Reddit user named RemoteControlledUser asked this question:

Bill Gates’ answer:

Anyway.

A year and a half after openly stating that the plan was to go the paperz pleez route, it looks like ol Bill's plan is right on schedule, running as planned.

It's really humorous to see the current spin from these minions in government who are spinning all sorts of fear porn as reasons why we need paperz pleez to participate in society, when clearly it was the plan all along.

What a side show.
