Occasionally life has a biosphere that's lush enough, and enough Time & Luck for a species to evolve which begins to think in words and, for better or for worse, here we are... The last Hominid standing on Mother Earth. Sort of.

The next logical question for the Monkeys who think in words experiencing our collective moment on the Timeline is...

How plausible is it that the ancient stories of written words, based on the even more ancient campfire tales of spoken words, which chronicle a prolific Middle-eastern family started 6,000 years ago by some dude named Abraham, are the last Word on God?

:dunno:
What makes Abraham so fucking special?

No need for swear words.

Abraham--YHWH(Jehovah) called him friend--- he lived righteous as all true followers do. He did all Jehovah asked of him--no questions asked---Jehovah asked him to kill his son--and he was ready to, but Jehovah stopped him----- Jehovah already made prophecys concerning Abtrahams son, so he really wasn't asking Abraham to actually do it--what really occurred--- With justice involved with every matter of God( Deuteronomy 32:4)--God knew that in reality it was us asking him to sacrifice his son on our behalfs--- most automatically think what a rat God is asking Abraham to kill his own son when in reality it was us asking of him to kill his son for us--and God did. He sent Jesus to die on our behalfs---that means God thought about--you, and me and all centuries before we even lived--that is Love.

In the beginning the word was, and the word was with (ho) Theos, and the word was Theos.

The word was not being called the God in the last line--Ho preceded the true almighty God in the writings, it was not in the last line--thus-- a god( small g) is correct--carries the meaning--has godlike qualities--Why?? because Gods power went through Jesus( Acts 2:22)
Theos was the only greek word for either-GOD or god.

trinity translations are filled with misleading errors.
There is no trinity god in existence---YHWH(Jehovah) is--(HO) Theos

Colorful though, no?

And so what? "God", for lack of a better word, talks to me too and we get along great.

Bury the God of Abraham with Abraham and celebrate the God of (insert your name here).

Who says the Lord's words to Abraham are the last? The existence of the Bible shows otherwise. Abraham was one of the patriarchs at the beginning of the line of communication with God.

The Lord established the covenant with Abraham and his seed. Revelation has not ceased

Talk as in a physical sense or a spiritual one?

To me?

She says to ignore the ancient stories and listen to the still, small voice in my heart.

What makes Abraham so special, you ask? That's easy . . . he was the first schizophrenic in human history ever to be written about. ~ Susan

No need for swear words, you say? Good point . . . sadly, the 'f' word has just about been used as a total replacement for the comma in our English language. ~ Susan
