And About The Stolen Election....

continue posting the truth, ignore the left wing liars who populate this forum. The truth will prevail, of that there is no doubt. Biden did not win the 2020 election.
It's a conspiracy, right, conspiracy nut job? These cases have all been looked at and there is nothing to any of them over 70 court cases absolutely pathetic baloney. Forget about it. You idiots are the only people in the world that believe this crap. Change the channel super dupe.

You lie. :eusa_liar: :eusa_liar: :eusa_liar: All you dumb asses on the left do is run around claiming there's no evidence of Dems rigging and cheating when there is. No matter how many times we post the evidence the left continues to DENY.

Hey that's fine, you can deny for a few more months then in Nov we are going to destroy your entire party in the midterms. :eusa_boohoo:

Prove it!
Just because a series of corrupt courts.....including the 'supreme' one.....wouldn't hear the evidence doesn't mean there wasn't clear and dispositive evidence.

I can provide it.

The Constitution is known as ‘the law of the land.’

The U.S. Constitution calls itself the "supreme law of the land." This clause is taken to mean that when state constitutions or laws passed by state legislatures or the national Congress are found to conflict with the federal Constitution, they have no force.

The fact is that the only document that Americans have agreed to be governed by is the Constitution. It is written in English….no ‘interpretation’ is required.

Wherein we find this:
Under the second clause of Article II of the Constitution, the legislatures of the several states have exclusive power to direct the manner in which the electors of President and Vice President shall be appointed.
Such appointment may be made by the legislatures directly, or by popular vote in districts, or by general ticket, as may be provided by the legislature.”

But....this occurred: courts altered voting rules.
“In Pennsylvania, the question was whether the state’s Supreme Court could override voting rules set by the state legislature. In North Carolina, the question was whether state election officials had the power to alter such voting rules.”
NYTimes

Sooo.....no, the election was not correctly decided, and we don't actually know who won the election.

Article VI, Paragraph 2 of the U.S. Constitution is commonly referred to as the Supremacy Clause. It establishes that the federal constitution, and federal law generally, take precedence over state laws, and even state constitutions.

Both you and The Donald have no concept of the consequences of both of these decisions.
1. The Trump election was stolen in those states where courts and attorneys general changed the manner of the national election.

I've said it all along, and, as usual.....I've been correct.

2. Now.....finally......the Supreme Court is muttering about taking up the constitutional basis for the theft of the election.....and I'm bettin' that they finally do what they should have done right after the election

3. "Supreme Court to take on controversial election-law case

June 30, 202210:50 AM ET

The Supreme Court on Thursday agreed to hear a case that could dramatically change how federal elections are conducted. At issue is a legal theory that would give state legislatures unfettered authority to set the rules for federal elections, free of supervision by the state courts and state constitutions.

The theory, known as the "independent state legislature theory," stems from the election clause in Article I of the Constitution. It says, "The times, places and manner of holding elections for senators and representatives, shall be prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof."

Proponents of the theory argue that that clause gives state legislatures power to regulate federal elections uninhibited by state courts or state constitutions. If a majority of the Supreme Court agrees, that would hamstring state courts, removing judicial oversight of state elections.

"Taken to its extreme, the independent state legislature doctrine could be an earthquake in American election law and fundamentally alter the balance of power within states and provide a pathway to subvert election results," says professor Richard Hasen, an expert on election law from the University of California, Irvine."

It means I'm exclusively kicking your ass all over your own thread...again.

Legislatures do not arbitrate results. Nor should they...ever. :)

I always appreciate your sort admitting that you are an inveterate liar, as it reflects, correctly, on all of Democrat supporters.

1. No.....no courts ever deigned to hear the evidence that the election was stolen........until now.

"After battling bureaucrats throughout presidency, Trump gets last laugh against 'deep state'

Thursday's ruling in the case of West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency significantly confined the ability of unelected federal bureaucrats to make law or policy outside of Congress.

In the decision written by Chief Justice John Roberts, the court held 6-3 that under the so-called major questions doctrine, judges can strike down federal agency regulations that have substantial economic effects when Congress did not give explicit authority to the agency to make such decisions.

While the court decision involved the Environmental Protection Agency and its efforts to restrain coal-fired electric plants, experts warned it could have vast impact on regulatory agencies.....

2. The ruling reaffirms the Founding Fathers' belief that "any limits on freedom be passed by Congress, not by kings and exchequers and bureaucrats and ministers," J. Christian Adams, a former U.S. Justice Department attorney, told Just the News."

3. Don't miss what is really going on here, and how it impinges on the theft of the election.

When the discussion is of unelected bureaucracies....it includes state courts, and attorneys general......the ones in Pennsylvania and North Carolina that altered the mode and methods of voting, giving Democrats the election victory....

5. Thomas is one of four conservatives on the current court who have indicated their support for the independent state legislature theory. The others are Justices Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh worked on the legal team supporting then Texas Gov. Bush in the aftermath of the 2000 election. Bush v. Gore, a decision often referred to as a ticket "for this train only," was never cited in any subsequent Supreme Court decision. Until 2020, when Kavanaugh, by then a Supreme Court Justice, cited it in a Wisconsin election case dealing with rules for absentee ballots at the height of the pandemic."

Nothing suspicious at all. The population grew and voter participation increases when things are tough. I notice that you started at 2004, but left out there was a huge jump in voter turnout between 2000 and 2004. People sat back in 2016 figuring Trump couldn't win because all the polls said Hillary had this in the bag. Nope, Trump lost because he killed half a million people and lost 65 million jobs... that's why he lost.
We'll see in 2024 how many total votes there are.

1. The population didn't grow 26m in 4-years, duh.
2. Voter participation doesn't change 26m either.
3. The total vote counts were very steady in 2004, 2008, 2012, and 2016 then jumped 26m in 2020. There is no rationale' other than voter fraud.

This is how you can tell PC Is a robot... Canned responses

Less than articulate

And lacking political acumen.

At least the USMB is here, keeping you from hanging out on the street corner with that Styrofoam cup.

Uh, yeah, in 2024, when the Republicans remind the world how crazy they are... you are going to see a lot of total votes... for Democrats.

1- No, but the voting base DID increase
2 - Voter participation increased 6% from 2016. In addition to that, the number of people voting third party dropped.
3- Actually, no, they weren't steady.. You had big jumps in 04, 08, and big drop in 12, a drop in 16 and a big jump in 2020.

In terms of percentage, Trump got the same percentage of the vote he got in 2016. Biden did 3% better than Hillary, and a corresponding number of people didn't vote third party this time out.

So in 2016, the ratio was 48-D, 46.5R, and 5.5 3rd party.
In 2020, the ration was 51D, 47R and 2% third party.

From 2000 to 2000 the GOP has averages between 45% to 50%.
From 2000 to 2020, the Democrats have averaged between 49% and 54%.

So the numbers were actually about what you SHOULD expect.

Of course it isn't Putin.

It's Democrat policies.

The greatest single cause of inflation can be found here:

Biden: I never said I oppose fracking…..show the tape!!!!

At 7:20 of the vid:

Bernie: I’m talking about stopping fracking…

Biden: So am I!

I guarantee we’re gonna end fossil fuel

I'd best warn you to stock up on the antacids.....I'm gonna write about last week's Supreme Court decision that's really gonna grill your grits.

"High gas prices worth it for 'future of liberal world order,’ White House economics adviser tells CNN

White House economic adviser Brian Deese suggested the pain at the pump was a price Americans had to pay for the "future of the liberal world order," in a CNN interview on Thursday.

Blackwell asked Deese how the White House would respond to Americans worried that they won't be able to survive paying close to or over $5 a gallon, potentially for "years" to come.

I wish you'd stop pedaling this bullshit. He lost. Deal with it and move on.

Don't you get it Jack? We ARE dealing with it and moving on. We are moving on to more and more and deeper and deeper investigations into the mechanics of how that election was run so to never allow one like that ever again, and to improve fraud alertness to stop as much cheating this Fall as possible!

Then next Winter, we will be moving onto dealing with it by starting investigations and hearing into about 30 top democrats and an impeachment of the monster bastard in the WH.

ITMT, we are ripping the GUTS out of all of your subversive, illegal deep state hierarchy starting with taking power out of the Fed and putting it back in the States where the people have say in it and taking the power out of all of your leftwing alphabet agencies like the EPA and putting that back in the hands of Congress.

JUST IN TIME for a 100% Republican Congress and soon to be followed Republican back in the White House.

Your freak show is over. You got too greedy and now the adults in the room will be slapping all of your toys away for years to come.
