Policing is by far NOT the biggest problem in Black and minority communities, but it is made out to be.

The biggest problems are gang activity and shootings where people are killed weekly in large numbers. Its a jobs problem, education problem, family system problem and a problem that instead of finding solutions for these ...difficult to solve things..... its much easier to focus on someone like cops to be the reason for burning and looting stores. If cops went away tomorrow,
the deaths from all the other violence would continue on a daily basis, but maxine Watters wont be there to tell people to stand up to it. Wont be there to tell people to act more aggressively to the gang violence that preys on innocents every day.

Other than that I agree with you, its always good to make improvements and bring awareness as we have seen in the recent trial. There are some bad cops out there.
