The fourth of July comes at a good time this year we can all come together and have fun there's no agenda the one of the buying anything for anybody it's the best holiday we have...

One thing TV and fake news don't want you to do and let's shut off the TV for the whole time here with your family and recharging your batteries...

At some point we will start replacing the old demented ones with new demented ones.

That is why we have made term elections and where the lower house is on the run every two years..

From the very start we've had three branches of government

and the other two are just fine...

B safe don't drink & drive or firewerk..

There's nothing wrong with the American process In fact I think the constitution and the bill of rights are working pretty great and certainly holding known especially number 10 so happy forth of July Bill of Rights and number 10

One thing the fake news hasn't reported
That it say states or the people.

It certainly does not mention a wreckless politically mental out of control speaker of the house..

Reagan's fourth or fifth term

it's a medical condition but American politics has become demented

The cruelty comes when the American press raves about it...

Or use the halls of congress the big room and the people's house to assassinate a president who already served as time

If that's what Democracy looks like ?

Living in modern day America or any other nation for that matter is like walking through a dark forest trail at twilight. How good or bad your life in America, your walk through said forest ends up being is entirely dependent on how much you choose to see and whether or not you decide to do anything about what you've seen. The path we walk through our American lives is often stalked by wolves and other predators lurking just out of sight, in the deeper, growing evening shadows. Luckily for most of us we can choose not to notice the wolves or if we do see them, choose to ignore them. That's what most people do: ignore obvious evil and get on with their lives. Of course, the ability to ignore evil and get away with it is waning, rapidly, and will one day come back to haunt us all or our future generations. Until then, happy fourth of July.

I am the only one who is able to explain what the problem is with the government model that you, and just about everyone else, believes to be just and altruistic, because you do not know how to analyze the government model, its deployment, and evolution.

Critical analysis of the Three-part Separation Theory reveals that it is obviously simple compared to our modern sophisticated understanding of things like programmable systems. The Three-part Separation Theory lacks a reliable formulation for the missions and subdivision of the three branches. The founders were very much aware of these inadequacies, because it is impossible to not notice the inadequacies when contemplating the design of a government based only on the very simple theory of three parts. But what were they to do? The substantiated formula needed to correctly define the inadequacies of the Three-part Separation Theory has seemingly still not been revealed to the political science field.

The ad hoc deployment of the Three-part Separation Theory only prevents any one person from ascending to a dictatorship. It does nothing to regulate the quests to populate the three branches with politically aligned personnel (partisan legislators, crony bureaucrats, and activist judges).

James Madison, writing in Federalist Papers 51, recognized the problem with the ad hoc inadequate subdivision of the legislature.
In republican government, the legislative authority necessarily predominates. The remedy for this inconveniency is to divide the legislature into different branches; and to render them, by different modes of election and different principles of action, as little connected with each other as the nature of their common functions and their common dependence on the society will admit. It may even be necessary to guard against dangerous encroachments by still further precautions.
Although, it seems different to the unsuspecting student, there is very little difference between the House and the Senate; and that is where the biggest problems are. The political chaos trickles down into the secular-unsegregated society causing frustration and leading to the social disorderliness we endure.
