The restriction imposed by the cultural tradition of America to wear long shorts infringes on the rights of girls
Some girls may prefer a British or German migrant with elegant legs and a flat ass, but some of them may prefer the cowboy legs of a real American, a cowboy whose ancestors ran after mustangs and possessed the art of a rider, which led to the evolutionary formation of strong muscular legs and ass. Therefore, wearing long swimming trunks on beaches and at sports restricts women's right to choose, while men are not limited to examining women's legs and asses.

There is nothing queer about wearing short tight swimming trunks.

In the 90s, in the UFC, the legs were all opened.

You should reread info on evolution, if you think riding a horse caused a change in the musculature of men's legs.

And there is no "right" for women to choose. Men can do whatever they want to attract a woman. But there is no right to choose.

It is logical to assume that horse breeders had sprinting data, and this made their legs powerful. Riding a horse also strengthens the hips, when riding bareback they still had to squeeze it between their legs. This explains that the inner thigh muscles are atrophied. There is no another explanation for this.

In addition, it could affect the shape of the joints and legs. Obviously, the horse breeders had either straight or slightly bent inwards legs, because the legs bent outwards are not suitable for shock loads.

There is no inherent "right" to leer at the body parts of strangers.

Period, end of sentence.

In general, it should be noted here that the size of the shoulder girdle and biceps are fantastically overestimated. It doesn't really matter in most sports. Legs, ass and back solve everything by 95%. This is some kind of dirty politics.

I'm not saying this because I have a small top. I have a good top because of the classes on the crossbar. The crossbar develops the male top best.

But it almost doesn't matter, in real life everything is decided by the bottom

This is all true.

However, the children of those men would not have the same attributes, as you implied or stated.

No, it couldn't. That is like claiming if a father loses his arm his kids will be born with one arm.
Nothing like that. Muscles, skeleton and even biochemical composition are genetically determined. In particular, fast muscles depend on the composition of the fibers, they must be anaerobic, and this is inherited mainly through the male line

But the genetics of the muscle structure does not change in one generation.
