Constitutions have to change because life, laws, and mores of society change. This is true of all constitutions, the US constitutions, state constitutions, and those of other countries.

In your real constitution, there was not protection against slavery. Senators were appointed, not elected. There was no limit on how many terms a president could serve. There was no provision for a temporary transfer of power from an incapacitated president to the vice president. And women did not have the right to vote. ect, etc.
Your real constitution was written for an America that no longer exists.

I suggest you become more familiar with the Amendment process and note how many have been done in the past @235 years.

If you are really an American(USA) citizen, then you need to know and understand your 'Owners Manual'~U.S. Constitution better than you have displayed.

If you are not a USA Citizen than this isn't your topic to comment upon.

As for protection against slavery, note that in the spirit of Compromise, Article I., Section 9., states that after 1808 there will be no more importation of slaves. Hence the first of future compromises doing incremental removal of slavery.

Other issues you raise were addressed by the Amendment process over the years since 1887. Either you are ignorant of such processes, or intentionally disinforming.

Of course it was not liked because it was a comprise. Nobody got exactly what they wanted. If one faction had loved the constitution another faction would have hated it.

Today, it really doesn't make much difference because the constitution has been accepted as the law of the land for 233 years and the only thing that is going to change that is insurrection. That was tried on Jan 6th and failed. I have no doubt that there will be more attempts.

Agents of Russia, China, and other enemies of America are working day and night to bring about insurrection. There primary tool is social media. The methods are sowing seeds of disconent and building stories to feed that discontent. Once a good story catches on and is accepted as fact, it grows offspring. The purpose is to create an illusion of totally corrupt ineffective goverment supported by the opposition which is responsible for essential all the evils in America.

We did not see such in the protest gone overboard of Jan. 6, 2021.

Quite correct that the "BLM protest"s, along with the AntiFa and far Left extremists actions were not similar to Jan 6th occupation of the Congress building. They went far beyond and in excess of such to the point of qualifiying as a real, nation wide Insurrection. They also had agendas far beyond the subjective perspective of so-called "police brutality".

To start with, we saw such in several USA cities, and over a span of several weeks to a few months. Far in excess of the couple hours on one day that we saw on Jan.6, 2021.

We saw mobs of hundreds to thousands in several USA cities whom took the law into their own hands for the duration of the Summer or 2020.

Mobs that were armed with guns and other weapons.

Mobs that rioted in the streets, including vandalism, looting, and arson of private businesses.

Mobs that assaulted and in some cases seized/occupied/looted local police stations and local State and Federal office buildings.

Mobs that were responsible for nearly thirty murders, and hundreds of assaults (including rapes).

Mobs that declared themselves and the city blocks they seized and occupied (for weeks to months) as "autonomous zones"; in essence declaring themselves in secession from the USA and not subject to local/city, State, or Federal Law. Basically open rebellion and insurrection in the clearest and most literal form.

Mobs that caused billions of dollars of private and public damage.

Mobs whose scale of violence, riot, destruction, assaults, murders, looting, arson, lawlessness and gross mayhem would in any rational view qualify as bona-fides INSURRECTIONS that would make the few hours of events on Jan.6,2021 look like a kindergarten playground in comparison.

Revolutions usually begin very small. If the insurgents that stormed the Capitol had been successful in stopping the certification of the new president, there's no way of knowing where that would lead.

Some shots were fired at Lexington and Concord at British soldiers and that was beginning of the American Revolution. Some drunk rioters stormed the Bastille and that started the French Revolution.

We were very lucky that the assault on the Capitol was brought under control. If the insurgents had been successful, who knows what would have followed. There were hundreds of Trump supporters standing ready in Washington waiting to see the results of the assault on the Capitol.

The current constitution is a forgery and a perversion of the real US constitution adopted after the Revolution. Washington sold the United States to British proteges. This constitution must be rejected.

The Articles of Confederation were proven to be insufficiently powerful for a rising republic. Because we are different country than we were when the Constitution was ratified we need a new constitution, one that will make the government more democratic and more powerful. We need to eliminate the Electoral College, the Senate, and the Supreme court, We also need to get the money out of government.

Once we do that it will be easy to impose a heavy tax burden on the well to do and spread the wealth around.

For years public opinion surveys have indicated popular support for a more progressive tax system.
