I think people are a little more than tired of him...His own fault...He let his handlers put this piece of crap bill, OScamCare on the people and he sold it and lied about it whole heartily. I don't think his legacy will be pretty..A shame for our first Black President

It's a good thing President Barack Obama and family have headed to Hawaii for a multi-million dollar Christmas break. The country needed the rest.

Mysteriously – if you're the New York Times or a commentator on MSNBC – the country has grown weary of our first superstar president. Several national polls on the state of the nation show "wrong direction" leading "right track" by almost two to one while Obama is, at this stage of his presidency, the most unpopular U.S. chief executive since Richard Nixon.

A lot of those who make up what H.L. Mencken derisively referred to as "the smart set" are scratching their heads trying to come up with an explanation. Yet a drop in the polls makes sense if you believe his two national election victories represented a victory of style and symbolism over substance.

Think back. In his 2008 campaign Obama was notoriously unwilling to talk about what he would do if elected. He gave good speeches, but the reality was they offered little more than platitudes about getting things done and entering a post-partisan era that, in all candor, lasted about 38 seconds after he finished taking the oath of office.

The second campaign was little better. Obama gave better than he got when it came to explaining why he should be elected rather than the other guy, but that was only because he and his team provided a college level course in negative campaigning. That, coupled with former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney's inability to connect with ordinary voters and the GOP's inexplicable decision to telegraph its strategy for the general election in the midst of the Republican primaries, made his victory a sure thing that more people should have seen coming.

it is more then he signed into law the crappiest law ever imposed on the people in istory

he has become known to be a liar

not just a liar but a straight faced hard core liar

everyone used to just laugh at his "little lies"

like having an uncle that freed the jews in Auschwitz during wwII

now the people see it is that is just the way the guy is lies even

when there is no reason too

He's but a novelty that has long since run its course.

yes he's always been that to me..well more like a bad joke played on us...
But this novelty and his Comrades in Arms in his administration has done us a lot of hurt and damage

I hope the people have learned a lesson from this and never elect another Progressive/Democrat to run our country and hope we can repair the damage from this one

Looks like the reaction to the obamacare disaster was way stronger than anticipated, far overshadowing any help that economic gains might have otherwise given Obama.

Those of us who were lied to and lost our health plans will not soon forget.

or their doctors

the mrs lost two that have treated her cancer for the past three years

she see can still see them but we have to pay out of pocket

not counting towards her deductible

and to think this man caused disaster was limited in scope

for what is to come

with all of his executive orders postponing hits on those yet to come

oh and the new taxes added to health insurance is fabulous

A&E just 'passed' on the pitch 'Bobo' gave them to have a new 'reality' show about a Black family who finds themselves living in a huge White house full of servants. The 'family' was on a tour of the mansion and somehow someone assumed the family were the owners and one thing led to another and there they where. (Truth be told the family didn't really object too much having escaped from the sewer they just left called 'Chicagoland'.)
The father has a huge office where people come to tell him what to do all day but he's never quite able to figure out why. When he's not in the office he's sneaking Camels in the Constitution garden or playing 'hoops' of golfing or going on TV to be asked questions from his sycophants about which type of underwear he uses.

The mother would be seen constantly attempting to chew the furniture.
The kids are 'away'.
Anyway as I said A&E passed on the pitch. Something about the viewer demographic being more interested in 'Jail' shows......or was it MSNBC 'Bobo' pitched to?

If the media did it's job, there would've never been an obama.

We need to start waking up to the fact....this lamestream media has become an enemy to the people in this country...especially the one's who are Republican, Independent, etc

I agree all you need to pay attention the way they reported on bush and the way they cover up or ignore anything obama does. Today's media is a joke.

The Dem's desperation is showing-- just when you think they have reached the lowest of lows, they keep digging downward.....surely only to bury themselves:

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) sent out a paranoid email Saturday evening urging supporters to vote for Democrats so that Republicans can’t impeach President Obama.

The email, subject line “Impeachment,” was sent to Obama for America supporters, imploring them to contribute to the DNC’s 2014 efforts. “What do these people all have in common?,” the email asked, featuring quotes from Republican Sen. James Inhofe of Oklahoma, Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota, Rep. Kerry Bentivolio of Michigan, and Rep. Blake Farenthold of Texas discussing the possibility of impeaching Obama for one of his numerous instances of presidential misconduct.

The DNC email discussed the “I-Word” and said that “Republicans are actually excited about the idea.”

“Show these Republicans that they are way, way off-base, and give President Obama a Congress that has his back,” according to the DNC email, noting that Democrats need to win 17 GOP House seats to reclaim a majority.

Presidents are really just scapegoats in chief. Not sure what set of circumstances would have to exist for heads of state to have a majority approval throughout their time in office. Free ice cream maybe? :) In President Obama's case, I think the breaking of some major campaign promises is more to blame than anything else - we're still in Afganistan most notably. I coulda told him not to make that one since Presidents aren't more powerful than the corporations who are making a ton of money supplying all the things used in a war. So long as war is business, we'll be at war somewhere. Presidents can declare all the wars they want since that's great for business and the economy. But they can't end them since that'd be bad for business unless they start a new one to offset that profit-loss. So as we wind things down in Afganistan, we're ramping things up in South Sudan, eyeing Iran, and provoking the Arab world with continuing drone strikes.

Since prior to WWII, the US has not known a single year without combat operations somewhere in the world.

More than a novelty. More of a "pet".
Obama is the "product of the so called enlightened voter"...
His occupation of the Oval Office was the work of white suburban moderates and liberals.
Without their vote, we never heard of Obama.
