What I propose is to hold States accountable for ensuring any corporation they license to operate does not abuse collective authority to violate the Bill of Rights, 14th amendment on equal protections, or code of ethics for govt service by colluding with govt officials to put private or party interests before public duty. Www.ethics-commission.net

It's the abuse of collective authority influence and resources that oppresses individual rights due process and protections. Public or private, the Constitution should never be construed as licensing anyone to violate the equal rights of others. So we need to hold all citizens and corporate entities equally to uphold these standards in order to enforce them for govt in the procress.

What I'll add is that another abuse is allowing Illegal Immigrants to vote, a few days ago a video of Obama being interviewed was posted and he was asked about this and had no problem with it.

In a nation the only people who should be allowed to vote are natural citizens and any legal immigrant who has not been in that nation for at least 10 years shouldn't be allowed to vote and also people who've left that nation to go and live in another nation they should have their right to vote forfeited, if they no longer participate in the nation of their birth, why should they get to vote on who runs that nation and certainly none of the prison population should be allowed to vote, part of their punishment is to deprive them of ALL participation in outside society and that includes the electoral process.
