There are 3 things against the vaccine.
First of all, since the virus is zoonotic and not endemic to humans, once we get rid of it, it won't ever come back, so we don't need vaccine.
Second is that it was made by gene splicing instead of culturing in a vat, so is is very different and far more risky then any other vaccine ever produced.
Third is that in order to create immunity, the vaccine has to stimulate the immune system in to thinking you have a covid-19 infection. But it you do that, you risk the same deadly over response from the immune system that the actual virus causes.
